  • Establish and enforce global governance policies for the HCM system implementation
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to global and local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards
  • Identify potential legal and compliance risks and implement measures to address them proactively
  • Work with regional leads and legal teams to incorporate changes in laws or regulations into the HCM system
  • Oversee regular audits and provide detailed compliance reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor relations, compliance, or governance roles, with a focus on HCM implementations or HR systems
  • In-depth knowledge of international labor laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and industry-specific compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing governance structures specific to HCM system implementations
  • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to compliance and legal issues across diverse regions
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations, ensuring harmonized data meets legal standards globally
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with regional leads, legal teams, and global stakeholders
