The Treasury Accountant is responsible for day-to-day treasury operations, including bank transactions, cash pooling and credit management. They ensure compliance with internal guidelines, optimize liquidity and minimize financial risks. By working closely with finance and treasury teams, they contribute to financial strategy and sound decision making.
- Work constructively with finance, accounting and treasury teams to ensure alignment of treasury operations with financial strategy
- Ensure that all treasury activities comply with company policies, Group policies and regulatory requirements
- You support treasury-related audits, including internal and external audits
- Participate in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- A successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in economics, with proven knowledge of financial accounting -will be an asset
- You have extensive experience in treasury or finance, with a focus on bank transactions, cash pooling and credit administration, ideally internationally.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to process financial data with great attention to detail
- Confident working with ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA) and using your advenced Excel skills
- Confident written and spoken English and German skills round off your profile
