Our Treasury Applications Team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
The Treasury Applications team combines business experience with IT systems knowledge to enhance the value of the finance function. We define effective processes and provide efficient IT tools. As an integral part of Group Finance, we work closely and interdisciplinary with our customers to find the best solutions for our business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for treasury application support, providing 1st to 3rd level support including troubleshooting and active monitoring of the relevant applications and processes
- Develop and maintain user-focused solutions, such as dashboards, process automation, and system integrations, to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, document solutions, and implement changes aligned with business objectives
- Drive the Group Finance digital agenda by leveraging AI/ML and automation technologies to optimize processes
- Shape the Group Finance data vision
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the lifecycle of Group Finance-specific IT applications
- Ensure compliance with governance and internal controls while providing robust documentation
- Proactively keep the team and stakeholders informed to ensure a high level of transparency and clear outcomes
- Degree in Finance, computer science, information technology, economics, business administration or equivalent with a focus on Finance
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Group Finance & Treasury Management Systems, including configuration and administration. Wallstreet Suite knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in development and automation tools like Power Apps for reporting and process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies and deliver solutions in cross-functional teams
- Service-oriented with an analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving and communication skills to convey complex issues clearly and structured, both verbally and in writing, using non-technical terms
- Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Curiosity to explore and support new functionalities that aid our digitalization journey
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics, being proactive and having a "can do" mentality
- Business fluency in English (speaking and written), German is a plus
