Business Relationship Manager (m/f/x)
Purpose of the function:
Are you passionate about strategic business partnerships and digital transformation? As a Business Relationship Manager (m/f/x), you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders within Corporate Functions and our Global Digital Transformation (DX) team. Collaborating closely with the Head of Global BRM and Global DX Business Partners, you will help shape the future of corporate functions across the globe.
- Establish strategic partnerships with business stakeholders within Corporate Functions to co-create a shared vision, strategy, and roadmap. Ensure these align seamlessly with the DX strategy
- Champion the needs and objectives of both business stakeholders and Global DX, ensuring technology solutions are in sync with overarching strategic goals
- Balance and align the needs of business stakeholders with company-wide IT goals, ensuring DX initiatives are prioritized appropriately and address the broader requirements of Daiichi Sankyo
- Accurately size and define requests from Corporate Functions, enabling stakeholders to prioritize based on strategic goals, potential value, and resource availability
- Act as a vital communication and collaboration conduit between Corporate Functions and Global DX, fostering regular interaction, idea exchange, and mutual understanding
- Collect and analyze detailed demands from business stakeholders to identify technology needs and propose effective solutions
- Collaborate with DX Strategy and Project and Portfolio Management to refine the demand management process and framework
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest technology trends and industry best practices, providing technology consulting and coaching to stakeholders
- Measure the business value delivered by DX initiatives, setting KPIs to evaluate project success and impact, working alongside Project and Portfolio Management
- Offer guidance and support to stakeholders as they transition to new systems and processes
- Bachelor's Degree is essential, ideally in fields such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' working experience in a similar role within business or Global DX areas
- Proven experience in business relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with various business units
- Solid background in planning and executing digital transformation initiatives
- Comprehensive understanding of corporate functions within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
- Ability to stay current with technology advancements and best practices in business relationship management and digital transformation
- Strategic thinking skills to connect IT initiatives with broader business outcomes
- Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) certification is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
