Job Description

HSBC Germany is a part of the HSBC Group, one of the world's leading international banks.

At HSBC, our purpose is opening up a world of opportunity. When you join our team, you can be part of something bigger. We are committed to removing barriers and ensuring careers at HSBC are inclusive and accessible. We connect you with colleagues from around the world and enable you to play an active role in shaping the future.

We are looking for employees with personality! Characters who stand up for our common goals and support one another, while at the same time finding convincing solutions for our customers. If you want to combine seemingly incompatible things at your next employer, we warmly welcome you to HSBC.

Being part of HSBC in Berlin, you'll help evolve and grow our business as a Corporate Associate (m/f/d) Innovation Banking.

Here in Berlin, you'll help evolve and grow our Innovation Banking business in Germany & Austria, contributing to HSBC's global strategy of connecting fast moving and disruptive clients to our network of international markets.

Our strategy is clear: to become Europe's Leading International Innovation Bank. Our sector-based expertise combined with tailored solutions enables impact through thoughtful collaboration with clients.

Are you curious and open minded? Do you have a true interest in venture capital and technology startups? Do you enjoy working in a multicultural and fast paced environment? If you answered yes to any of these questions, we want to hear from you!

The individual should have an entrepreneurial, collaborative approach and a flexible style that allows for the input of others. They must share the core values of HSBC IB and be focused on achieving the best outcome for the organization versus individual achievement. They must have a proven track record of delivering results.
