TP-Link Deutschland started in April 2009 in Germany, housing the Sales and Marketing team for DACH region, and providing support and central warehouse for the WEU region. Through our renowned distribution, online and retail partners, we distribute a comprehensive range of award-winning SOHO products (WLAN, DSL, Powerline, repeaters, UMTS / LTE, print servers, IP cameras, smart homes, smartphones) and SMB products (Switch, router, SFP modules, media converters, network adapters) and so on.

  • Team leadership and management: Lead, mentor, develop and inspire a team of currently 9 team members, reporting to the Country Manager. You will also lead campaign teams in a matrix setting by utilizing the specialist functions in our headquarters.
  • Marketing strategy: You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals. This includes identifying target markets, formulating the marketing mix and setting targets for awareness, engagement and lead conversion. Channels include email-marketing, performance marketing, social, SEO as well as fairs and other events. You and your team will closely liaise with Product and Sales management to ensure a coordinated marketing and sales approach.
  • Budget planning, forecasting and resource allocation: You plan and control the marketing budget and allocate the resources efficiently to maximize the impact of the marketing activities.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: You will closely measure and improve the performance of the marketing activities and the conversion of the marketing and sales funnel by setting up and monitoring key revenue and funnel KPIs.


  • Graduated in field of Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, economics, or other comparable fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within tech sectors. Experience in both B2C and B2B areas would be a plus.
  • Proven expertise in demand generation, CRM and marketing automation, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to turn insights into actions, result oriented, and a thorough way of working.
  • Skilled at using data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
  • Collaborative leader with experience working closely with Sales and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Open-minded, team oriented, challenging mindset and the ability to keep focus on important targets.
  • International and cultural sensitivity with experience in an international environment.
  • Fluent in German and English in both written and verbal.
