We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to support and optimize the Order to Cash (O2C) process in an e-commerce and logistics-driven environment. The role focuses on integrating and improving processes within our legacy and new Enterprise solutions which Organization is bringing in, such as SAP Commerce Cloud, multiple ERPs, and Enterprise level Pricing software, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure seamless order processing, invoicing, and fulfilment.
Process Analysis & Optimization
- Analyse and document the current Order to Cash (O2C) processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure process enhancements align with business objectives.
System Integration & Support
- Act as the liaison between the SAP Commerce Cloud-based web shop, multiple ERPs, and WMS, ensuring smooth integration and data flow.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for O2C-related system issues.
- Support the transformational initiatives across the multiple projects.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, customer care, Finance, Logistics, IT) to gather business requirements for system configurations and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure proper documentation.
Project Management & Implementation
- Support system implementation projects, upgrades, and new integrations related to the O2C process.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Testing & Training
- Develop and execute test cases for system changes and enhancements.
- Train end-users on new functionalities and provide ongoing support.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics in the O2C cycle, including order accuracy, fulfilment times, and billing efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including order management, invoicing, payment processing, and fulfilment.
- Proficiency with Enterprise scale systems like SAP S/4, SAGE, Business central etc.
- Experience with dealing processes and system integrations using APIs, middleware, or custom connectors.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system or process-related issues.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in an e-commerce, distribution or logistics environment, Big Plus.
- Hands-on experience with O2C processes within Enterprise scale ERPs in combination of Pricing software use and Web shop.
- Familiarity of SQL, data analysis tools, or basic programming is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
