Your key responsibilities
As a Business Partner in the Operational Transfer Pricing team, you will:
- Ensure global compliance with transfer pricing policies and international tax regulations (e.g., DEMPE, OECD guidelines).
- Drive process improvements in Intellectual Property (IP) management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the global organization.
- Develop and implement new Research & Development (R&D) transfer pricing processes and ensure alignment with our IP policies.
- Oversee data governance related to IP Owner processes, ensuring high-quality master data and effective process adherence.
- Collaborate with IT on system enhancements and manage change requests.
- Perform tax adjustments for intercompany sales of goods and services, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including the global rollout of transfer pricing software.
- Conduct stakeholder management across different business units, corporate finance teams, and regions.
- Deliver training sessions to enhance knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.

- A degree in business administration, economics, commercial law, or a related field (Bachelor's minimum).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tax, transfer pricing, or operational transfer pricing (internship experience included).
- Strong interest in international finance projects and working in a global corporate environment.
- Excellent English skills (German is a plus).
- A structured, proactive, and independent approach to work.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in international and cross-functional settings.
- Passion for data quality, process optimization, and digital solutions.
