Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the further development and establishment of the Subsidiary Management department
- Serve as a business partner for all Fresenius Kabi subsidiaries and act as an expert on shareholder-related topics
- Define, coordinate, and implement global end-to-end standards
- Execute governance responsibilities for Fresenius Kabi AG's investments
- Prepare and obtain approvals for shareholder agreements and articles of association
- Develop and manage processes for board nominations
- Support the implementation of a global subsidiary management platform and redesign related processes
- Manage internal restructuring projects, including mergers, liquidations, and spin-offs
- Provide global support on financing topics, dividend planning, and equity measures
- Drive and support global strategic projects
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Law, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Taxation
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in tax, controlling, finance, or subsidiary management
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- High interest in international project work within a global environment
- Structured, independent, and team-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
