Today, we are designing and operating 18 data center locations across 160,000 sqm in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, in the Netherlands and in Great Britain and expanding into further markets.

NTT Global Data Centers are a global company who are excited to be recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the recruitment within EMEA.

The successful candidate (m/f/d) will support the regional Talent Acquisition team by assisting in the recruitment process, candidate sourcing, and fostering positive candidate experiences. This role serves as a vital link between candidates and the organization, contributing to the seamless execution of talent acquisition strategies. You will manage the administration of our recruiting processes, coordinate interviews and ensure a positive experience for our candidates and hiring managers.

The Talent Acquisition team supports the business to ensure the right skills and talents are in the right place.

This is a permanent hybrid role at our offices in the Global Tower in Frankfurt am Main.


  • Coordinating interviews with our applicants, specialist departments and Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Publishing job advertisements on our own job portal and posting them on selected external channels
  • Processing applications via our ATS with a focus on a streamlined, transparent and positive candidate experience for our candidates
  • Direct communication with our international candidates in German and English, coordinating appointments by phone and in writing, sending invitations and setting up interview appointments in our ATS and with Microsoft Teams
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, interview details, and feedback
  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networking platforms, and referrals
  • Follow-up of open feedback and maintenance of data and processes in preparation for our reporting
  • Perform any other related task as required

  • You will have professional experience in office administration or a comparable position in an HR department, ideally in an international environment
  • Ability to speak, read and write both German and English at a business level
  • Ability to organize and multitask
