We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head of Marketing (m/f/x) to lead the marketing strategy for our Printing and Packaging Solutions business unit. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in the flexible packaging or labeling industry, demonstrating a proven track record of driving innovative marketing initiatives, market growth, and brand positioning in these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the global marketing strategy for the Printing and Packaging Solutions business unit.
- Align marketing objectives with the overall business goals to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership.
- Market Analysis & Insights:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the flexible packaging and labeling industries.
- Leverage insights to shape product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Brand Management:
- Strengthen brand equity by developing and implementing consistent and impactful branding initiatives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials that align with the brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
- Product Marketing:
- Leading the product management team and collaborate with R&D to successfully launch innovative products tailored to customer requirements.
- Design marketing campaigns that highlight product benefits and differentiation in a competitive market.
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Drive the adoption of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Implement lead generation programs to support the sales pipeline and boost customer acquisition.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team and collaborate with local marketing teams across multiple regions.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and other business functions.
- Event Management:
- Oversee the organization and participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
- Develop strategies to maximize ROI from event participation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing within the flexible packaging or labeling industries
- Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies and delivering measurable business results
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and industrial manufacturing processes
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and techniques
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
- Results-driven and focused on achieving measurable outcomes
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
