Founded in 2006, ATS All Tape Supplies B.V. has grown from a small startup to a full-fledged production company. Our focus lies on producing high-quality, private-label adhesive tapes, including our popular Japanese Washi Tape. With a dedicated team of around 50 employees at our headquarters in Tilburg, we supply customers worldwide and continue to seek new opportunities for growth.
As a DACH Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, driving growth and profitability for ATS. Your focus will be on identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and supporting the sales process from start to finish.
- Explore and analyze market trends in the DACH region to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Create actionable sales plans in collaboration with the CSO and other stakeholders.
- Actively approach potential customers, presenting ATS' products and identifying specific client needs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for (potential) customers, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Support the entire sales process, from quotation to delivery, addressing issues and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and independently or collaboratively resolve challenges to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Travel regularly within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, occasionally to the Netherlands for customer visits and in ternal meetings.
- Report progress, insights, and market developments to the CSO.
- MBO+/HBO work and thinking level.
- Proven commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the tape or painting industry is a plus.
- Excellent command of the German and English languages, both verbal and written.
- Living in Germany.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the DACH region and the Netherlands.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
- A proactive and result-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
