As Business Analyst for Commercial, you will focus on developing commercial excellence and Sales Force Effectiveness analytics related to the local markets. You will support Commercial Operations both globally and locally, interacting with different stakeholders in IT, Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Business Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the local teams on CRM Veeva and user training in Veeva CRM/Salesforce
  • Manage the Data Change Request process between IQVIA and CRM through OKLA Live Access
  • Daily support of end-users on relevant commercial systems, including CRM and Power BI
  • Involvement in the global development processes of CRM & Analytics
  • Owner of yearly Account targeting + update of targets in CRM
  • Define and measure commercial performance/KPIs related to specific needs from Global and regional Sales Managers/Sales reps/Head of Germany and Switzerland

You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in IT or Marketing, combined with +5 years of experience in a relevant role. To become successful in this role you also hold

  • Solid knowledge/administrator experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Veeva CRM
  • Experience working with Power BI
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written German
  • Full proficiency in verbal and written English is mandatory
  • Proven data analysis skills, and an understanding of analytics technologies (like Salesforce reporting tool/Power BI) with a record of building analytics capabilities and programs within organizations

You process the drive and enthusiasm to bridge local and global Commercial Operations. This calls for a proactive and results-driven approach to identifying and structuring KPIs. Strong communication skills are key, as the role requires training for end users and presentations for the commercial teams.
