The Enterprise Data Manager will be responsible for overseeing the data management processes, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing data usage across our ERP systems and applications. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility.


  • You will develop and implement data management strategies and policies.
  • Your role includes overseeing the maintenance and integrity of master data across all systems.
  • You collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data integration and usage.
  • It's your responsibility to monitor and improve data quality and consistency.
  • You will manage data migration and transformation projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards is crucial.
  • You provide training and support to staff on data management best practices.
  • You analyze and report on data management performance and metrics and contribute to the Data Strategy.
  • You collaborate with data governance, Quality, Security, and Privacy teams to define the data architectural principles.

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field and bring proven experience in data management, preferably within a similar industry.
  • You possess knowledge of the D365 Datamodel.
  • You have an excellent understanding of data governance and data quality principles and you are proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • You demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with internally developed ERP solutions and a knowledge of data migration and transformation techniques are advantageous.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL and Oracle SQL is preferred.
  • You are fluent in English and German
