Systematically evaluate and qualify global supplier network regarding scalability/ growth, cost ef-ficiency, delivery reliability, resilience, and sustainability to support MED global growth strategy

Work on improvements to achieve defined development targets together with the selected sup-pliers and in alignment with Category Management

Analysis of suppliers' processes and KPI's and derive measures to support supplier regarding im-provements of processes, organization, risk management, production network etc.

Implement measures to reduce supplier risk score resulting from supplier risk evaluation

Ensure supply chain compliance with global regulations, norms and standards

Supporting internal audits and audits from external authorities

National- and international travel activities

Procurement professional with 5+ years of experience in supplier management / development

Experienced in Lean-Methods (such as Lean-Manufacturing, 5S, Gemba, Six Sigma, CIP, Kaizen, SMED, Total Productive Maintenance, Value Stream Mapping)

Strong technical skills in different production technologies

Good understanding in global regulations, norms and standards

Experienced in supplier audits and deriving reliable measures to improve supplier performance

Good knowledge in project management

Excellent communication skills and capability to animate diverse and demanding stakeholders to foster collaborations, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Service oriented capability to bring a strategic vision and hands-on contribution to achieve goals

Fluent in English and preferable a 2nd language like German or French
