- You ensure effective communication as the interface between our headquarters in Hong Kong and our customers in Europe.
- You always keep an eye on short- and long-term changes without losing track of the bigger picture.
- Preparing offers, orders, and documentation is also part of your daily tasks.
- In close collaboration with the team, you create and coordinate delivery schedules.
- You support inquiries from our other locations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team.
- You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success.
- You will primarily be in charge of scheduling and preparing our sales team for Orders, Meetings and Trade Shows.
- You will provide outstanding customer service by liasoning between the sales team and the customer.
