European Operations Administrator*
Supply Chain & Distribution | Experienced | Temporary | Full-Time
- Claims Management for a variety of European Countries (B2B and B2C)
- Transport organisation, monitoring of carrier KPI's and generating reports
- Close collaboration with shipping companies and European distribution centres as well as with other internal Nintendo departments
- Other general administrative tasks in the area of shipping including invoice matching, cost comparisons, document archiving, reportings and more
- Commercial education, education as a Forwarding Agent would be an advantage
- Experience in the area of transports
- Good German and English skills, Italian would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- A precise, well-structured, responsible approach to work and the ability to work well with a team
- 30 days of vacation
- Remote working model (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)
