We at Allianz Investment Management ("AIM") are looking for an outstanding talent for our Chief Executive Officer and the Group Chief Investment Officer (“the Co-Heads”).
You will be at the heart of investments at Allianz and get a first-hand understanding of our investment management and our capital market approach, the relevant global stakeholders and the multiple interactions between AIM, the Hubs and OEs and the Group Functions.
You will work directly with the two Global AIM Co-Heads on their daily business and manage projects covering multitude of investment and investment-related topics

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate, support and prepare strategic and investment related projects and special assignments
  • Support the interaction between different units within AIM's global organization (AIM hubs, OEs, global functions)
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, briefings and minutes for the Co-Heads, executive committees (e.g. IMB) and external events
  • Be an interface between the Co-Heads and other functional units within the Allianz Group
  • Consolidate an compile answers to AZ Group requests and ensure follow up
  • Collaborate and work with multiple teams and people
  • You will also manage the cost planning and controlling for the Investment Strategy Department

  • 2+ years of working experience, ideally in Investments / Capital Markets
  • Excellent university degree
  • Interest in and affinity for investments
  • Hands-on mentality, structured working style and a high level of engagement
