rpc was founded in 2013 as a joint venture between the BMW Group and H&Z Unternehmensberatung AG and is represented in ten countries with over 400 employees.
- Leading the delivery of a portfolio of data analytics projects
- Responsibility for revenue, project margins & client satisfaction (incl. Staffing, upsell & cross-sell)
- Key Account Management for one of our largest accounts (BMW Group)
- Lead in solution definition, the writing of proposals (incl. project financials) and pitching
- Disciplinary team lead for a team of approx. 10 employees (Business Analyst – Manager levels, incl. small sub-teams)
- Team & people development (incl. goal setting, skill & performance management)
- HQ Lead function for our Portugal near-shore hub (Predominantly Lisbon-based)
- Play an important role in the definition and execution of the practice growth strategy
- Be an integral part of the Data & Technology Practice management team
- Master's degree a technical and/or business field
- Good understanding of digital product development (agile working methods)
- Good understanding of solution design, requirements engineering, testing, software development, data engineering & advanced analytics
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of multi-project management in a consulting environment
- Knowledge and experience of the BMW Group (esp. CBS & FG areas) through past projects (incl. a good standing & network)
- Team leadership experience, sensitivity to the individual needs of team members and experience in establishing a performance culture
- Experience working with (international) technical delivery teams (on-, near- and off-shore)
- A relevant understanding of current trends in the data & technology space
- Can-do mentality, problem-solving, team spirit, people oriented & wanting to build something long-term
- Willingness to be present in Munich when needed and willingness to travel elsewhere on an occasional basis
- Good German and English language skills
