We are seeking a Working Student to support our ongoing digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and documenting our current work processes and adapting them to our new digital systems.
- Process Migration: Transcribe existing work instructions from our current system to the new digital platform.
- Analysis and definition of work instructions for digital adaptation.
- Review installation sequences.
- Align installation steps with roadmap frameworks.
- Task timing calculation based on the Nordex methodology.
- Development of sequences and roadmaps based on Nordex methodology.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field, currently in their final year
- Complementary Training: Methods-Time Measurement, Process engineering, Process optimization, Workload balancing, production KPIs
- Interest in process optimization
- Experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and German is desirable
- Experience in the wind industry or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
