For our client, an italian, manufacturing company and market leader in the field of the Fluid- and Drive technology, we are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager (all genders) - Mechanical + Hydraulic components (all genders) in the Czech Republik.
You will independently travel inside of the Czech Reublik and be responsible for achieving sales targets in your area. You will maintain the existing customer base and strategically expand it.

- Acquiring new customers as well as supporting existing customers in your sales territory and ensuring the achievement of set sales targets.
- Conducting sales presentations and training sessions, as well as negotiating with customers to successfully sell products and services.
- Independent planning, coordination, and execution of customer visits in the field.
- High regional travel activity within the area, usually without overnight stays.
- Monitoring market trends and competition, as well as strategically developing your sales territory.
- Creating weekly reports to document results and derive appropriate sales strategies.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers regarding complaints or support for technical projects.
- Ensuring smooth communication between locations in Italy, Germany, and customers to facilitate seamless business operations.
- Close collaboration with internal departments and the sales team.
- You are currently living in the Czech Republik.
- Preferably a completed technical degree, further training as a technician, or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.).
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a technical employee, sales engineer, application engineer, or in similar roles involving field service activities and independent work.
- Excellent language skills in English and Czech (in both written and spoken form)
- Ideally you speak fluent German
- Self-organized, independent, and results-oriented working style.

- Willingness to travel, flexibility, and a valid Class B driver's license.
