- Your tasks include the further development of PPM processes, solutions, methods and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Kanban)
- You coordinate and organize global, cross-functional initiatives
- You manage the collaboration with project portfolio boards and relevant stakeholders
- You coach and support project portfolio managers, stakeholders and management
- You take care of the further development and maintenance of the group-wide project portfolio manager community
- You will also be responsible for maintaining PPM-relevant content in MS Teams and the Learning Management Platform
- You will work with the PM/PMO community to further develop PM standards and processes within the Group
- Last but not least, you will be responsible for the design and communication of change processes in order to establish PPM throughout the Group
- Extensive experience in project management (PM), project management office (PMO) and ideally in project portfolio management (PPM)
- Experience with agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking or OKR is an advantage
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working, paired with high self-motivation and organizational talent
- Quick comprehension and the ability to penetrate complex contexts
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Positive mindset and a pronounced willingness to learn
- Excellent networking skills
- Good German skills would be an advantage
