Senior Manager Partnerships & Alliances (m/f/d) Remote
- Develop and manage strategic airline partnerships to grow Condor's global reach and to drive incremental revenue to the Condor network
- Work in coordination with the revenue management team to negotiate SPA rate agreements with partner carriers
- Work in coordination with inventory and distribution team to implement IET and codeshare links as well as with ground operations team to implement IATCI links
- Identify new interline partner and codeshare opportunities for Condor to extend its network reach and/or put its code on partner operated flights and for partners to put code on Condor operated flights
- Assess opportunities for and facilitate participation in airline loyalty programs to allow reciprocal to earn/burn on each respective airline
- Review Condor flight schedules to provide feedback to planning and scheduling teams on opportunities to retime flights to improve partner airline connectivity
- Coordinate with Traffic Rights team to comply with regulatory requirements to enable codeshare
- Generate regular reporting and progress reports on each partner for management review
- Organize, prepare and follow up on regular partner meetings, whether in person or virtual and represent Condor at relevant industry conferences
- Lead interline and codeshare implementation process in conjunction with Condor's distribution, revenue management, E-commerce, marketing, communications, and operations teams
- Negotiate reprotection agreements with airlines in case of operational disruptions
- Develop overall partnership function at Condor
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a commercial function at an airline
- Preferred at least 2 years in an Alliances/Airline Partnerships role at an airline
- A confident self-starter who can quickly grasp and communicate complex issues and influence others to prioritize partnership initiatives
- Ability to work in a team and have strong negotiation skills
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills
- Must be fluent in English, German language preferred but not required
- Very good computer skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
