Hankook Tire manufactures globally innovative, award-winning radial tires of proven superior quality for passenger cars, light trucks, SUVs, RVs, trucks, and buses as well as motorsports (circuit racing/rallies). Hankook Tire's European Headquarters is located in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt am Main in Germany.   • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
  • Design and update job descriptions to meet the requirements for various roles within the company.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, like LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.).
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Negotiate offers with candidates to close gaps in the recruitment process.
  • Contact person for the various concerns of our employees.
  • Supporting with organizational development projects.
  • Supporting with learning programs, data analysis and reporting.

  • You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training with a focus on human resources.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition and development
  • Yue have a basic knowledge of labor law regulations
  • You have very good communication skills and enjoy approaching people.
  • You are well-organized, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • You are inclusive and adaptable, embracing diversity (DEI) and fostering a supportive work atmosphere.
  • You are tech-savvy and have a strong affinity for working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other HR tools
  • You are highly motivated to get involved in an international company and to represent us professionally to applicants and external partners.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), are fluent in German and English and have a hands-on mentality.
