Place of Work: Fully Remote, Must be based in Germany, preferably in a major city (Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich).

- Receive leads of candidates interested in learning at our schools and contact them.
- Consultant: Identify the right career path for candidates based on their unique abilities and desires, and guide them in decision-making.
- Enrollment: Support students in submitting requirements for a Bildungsgutschein. Directly engage with students to remove obstacles, inspire them, minimize drop-off, and ensure they complete all enrollment requirements.
- Support candidates in the process of obtaining the educational voucher.
- Define and track key metrics and KPIs for strong pipeline management and conversion.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the sales process and work cross-functionally to improve results.
- Operate at all levels—stay connected to the details—and be willing to tackle any task, big or small, to deliver results
- Proficient in English and German.
- Tech Knowledge – Strong understanding of tech roles, or at least enough to answer questions like: “What's the difference between a Data Analyst and a Data Scientist?”
- Job Center & Bildungsgutschein Expertise – Prior experience working with the Bildungsgutschein program or the German Job Center.
- Sales Experience.
- CRM Experience.
- Mission-Oriented – Passionate about using education to improve lives.
- High-Energy, Low-Ego – Driven, adaptable, and open to feedback. You work fast and aim to improve daily.
Important to Note
- Must be based in Germany, preferably in a major city (Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich).
- Not considering digital nomads – candidates should have a stable local presence.
- Must be able to accompany students to in-person meetings when required.
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions: Earn an average total of €60,000–€80,000 per year, with no limits on your earning potential.
- Base Salary: €26,700 per year, plus generous commission opportunities.
- Full-Time Role: With a steady flow of leads, you'll have plenty of opportunities to succeed.
- Fully Remote (Germany-based is a plus).
