Are you passionate about travel and customer service? We're looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with agencies, providing them with expert support, and assist customers by handling inquiries that will reach you via our call center.

  • Supporting the Sales Support department in day-to-day operations / case processing in the internal booking system
  • Customer communication and advice in individual cases
  • Processing customer inquiries before and after booking at second level
  • Coordination, processing, and support of inquiries from incoming agencies, direct hotels, bed banks, and the call center
  • Price calculation, rebooking, cancelations, and sales promotion
  • Coordination between customers in the destination and the incoming agency

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Sales Support in a touristic environment (e.g. travel agency)
  • Completed professional training in tourism (e.g. travel agent or tourism agent). A Bachelor or Master degree in tourism management would be a big plus
  • Business fluency in German and English. Additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts (especially in peak seasons)
  • Proficient in MS Office and web-based technologies
  • Experience with Case Management Systems (especially trueAct) would be desirable
  • Analytical mindset with a quick grasp of new concepts
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
