As SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, you are responsible for managing the End2End recruitment of a variety of positions, across business units and for multiple locations within your region.
This role can be located in Romania, Poland or Germany.
YOUR KEY TASKS ARE:
- Manage hiring requests.
- Create and publish attractive job adverts to maximize the inflow of candidates.
- Actively source candidates by using LinkedIn or other databases to spot passive talent.
- Review applicants and discuss the outcomes of your evaluation with the hiring manager.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide candidates with timely and continuous feedback on the status and the outcomes of their application process.
- Capture trends on the labor market and make suggestions to adjust our recruitment approach in order to attract the right talent.
- Actively support our employer brandWork closely with the other TA Specialists in the team, share best practices and support other locations when needed.
- Interpret and apply employment laws, rules, regulations and policies.
- Coach/advise colleagues and management through sensitive HR issues to resolve conflict and seek workable solutions; conduct individual and/or group facilitation to foster effective communication and talent & leadership effectiveness integrated solutions.
- Develop and leverage successful recruitment strategies.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Psychology, Law, Social Sciences or similar specializations.
- Strong recruitment experience, preferably in a complex international environment.
- Strong organization skills and capable of setting priorities.
- Team player.
- Results oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English is required. German language skills are highly appreciated.
