Head of People & Organisation (m/f/d)

What to Expect:
- You develop and orchestrate people, culture and organisation agenda and roadmap. Furthermore, you define and steer frameworks and initiatives.
- You manage and execute complex transformation or reorganization projects to increase business efficiency and achieve our corporate strategy.
- You manage in your team the interface with the global Vodafone Learning Organisation and develop and implement an aligned learning, talent, leadership, performance, and skill strategy for the German market according to our business strategy.
- You drive and measure employee engagement across the company and support business units with appropriate frameworks and tools.
- You are responsible for the development and implementation of the Talent & Succession Management strategy in line with the Group HR strategy and the Vodafone corporate strategy.
- You will develop and implement a holistic and aligned Diversity & Inclusion strategy for Vodafone Germany.
- You will be responsible for the implementation and execution of the employer branding strategy and execution of the global recruitment strategy for the German market to ensure that vacancies are filled with the right people at the right time in terms of recruitment requirements.
- You are responsible to steer our youth pipeline - managing the attraction, intake, development, and retention of our youth employees.
- You will strengthen the performance culture and steering of enterprise-wide performance management processes, systems, and communications.
- You work closely with our CEO, our HRD and the ExCo-members and counsel them on People & Culture transformation, L&D, Leadership, Talent, and Resourcing issues, always in alignment with your global stakeholders.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Excellent university degree and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Broad and comprehensive understanding of HR methodologies, tools and principles, particularly in the areas of L&D, talent, recruitment, culture & change, and diversity
- Capable of setting up and steering holistic change & culture roadmaps supporting business transformation endeavours
- Proven experience in leadership roles
- Excellent communication and strong people management skills
- Challenger-Mindset and the ability to handle and drive change & innovation
This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).

We are filling this position at Düsseldorf for the Vodafone GmbH. Employees will be managed in Düsseldorf.
