YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a (Senior) Project Manager, you will play a key role in evaluating and developing comprehensive sales channel strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives (e.g. discounter, convenience, eRetail). This will involve identifying new sales opportunities and markets, developing sales plans, and implementing effective sales tactics that drive revenue growth.
- You will evaluate potential business opportunities by creating business cases, conducting market analyses, and provide actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- You will oversee sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth execution by creating project plans, setting timelines, and coordinating with other departments.
- In this role, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with international markets.
- You will also collaborate with other departments such as marketing and controlling to ensure the company is well-positioned to take advantage of new business opportunities in international markets.
- Frequent international travel to develop business opportunities is another key aspect of your role.
WHAT YOU BRING
- You hold a master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. You have several years of commercial experience and extensive experience in project management.
- You possess both a strong commercial and strategic mindset and a thorough understanding of channel, account and category management.
- You have excellent digital skills and a strong affinity for modern digital tools. Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, are essential.
- You possess proven negotiation and influencing skills as well as strong analytical and data interpretation abilities, enabling you to quickly identify and assess opportunities and understand the requirements to capitalize on them.
- You have a good understanding and experience of NRM, IBP, CuMa and eRetail.
- You bring tenacity and creativity to overcome obstacles in achieving targets and demonstrate eagerness to challenge and be challenged in all aspects.
- Cultural awareness is key when working with diverse customers and partners. Being a strong team player, navigating cultural differences, and building strong relationships are essential.
- Your excellent English skills and good German skills round off your profile.
