  • Provide in conjunction with the EU head of controlling and finance leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting team, ensuring clear objectives and effective performance management.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on financial planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure the company's financial policies and procedures comply with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements)
  • Year end statutory reporting / audit responsivity with focus on compliance, including ESG/CSRD
  • Monitor financial KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial control systems to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Oversee treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, and debt management as well as ensure that the proper risk management and financial compliance strategies are in place
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, among other through an increase of the level of automation.
  • Ensure ongoing training and development to enhance the team's technical skills and knowledge.
  • Encourage collaboration and efficient processes across the finance and accounting department.

  • Completed master's degree with a focus on controlling or accounting
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a leadership position, preferably in an internationally operating industrial company
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel as well as some knowledge in data analytics tool (eg. Power BI)
  • Strong experience with ERP Systems
  • Excellent English skills. French skills is advantageous but not required
  • Strong analytical and strategic abilities
  • Pragmatic and structured implementation skills
  • The ability to lead and motivate a high performance team and to foster a positive dynamics based on change
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Ability to work with a broad range of teams in a cross functional manner
