Sales Manager (m/f/d)

  • Acquisition of On-Site Projects, particularly cryogenic nitrogen generators, PSA- and membrane plants and hydrogen plants (SMR and Electrolyzer)
  • Ongoing market and competitor monitoring, including establishing and maintaining a database within the Messer CRM system and the development of on-site plant concepts in cooperation with the engineering division
  • Preparation of presentations and drafting bids on behalf of the Messer companies and its regional subsidiaries
  • Provide training sessions for the sales force of Messer's subsidiaries, focusing on On-site acquisition
  • Develop and review Messer's sales strategy for the On-site portfolio to ensure contract compliance and effective performance evaluation and continuous process improvement

  • Academic degree in Engineering with strong business acumen and investment calculation competency
  • At least three years of sales development and one year of project management experience
  • Experience working in an international environment and a cross-functional team
  • Interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate, being proactive and open minded
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Business fluent in English, German speaking skills is a plus
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%)
