Full- time contractual Role : 12 Months
Your new challenges:
Negotiate and manage logistics: Handle terms, conditions, and performance tracking for shipments across Europe while exploring potential new service providers.
Coordinate shipments: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing shipment-related inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
Administrative support: Maintain Transport Management System (TMS), creating and updating shipment/transport orders, control accuracy and completeness of execution.
Optimize operations: Leverage ERP and TMS tools to ensure efficient shipment flow and high service levels.
Your profile:
Education & experience: Vocational training in logistics with 2-3 years of international experience as a logistics or transport specialist.
Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of Logistic Service Providers, shipment methods, and experience with ERP (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and TMS applications beyond basic operations.
Communication skills: Fluent in English for international collaboration; additional languages, especially Italian, are a plus.
Continuous improvement: Proactively challenge processes to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction.
