Purchase Coordinator (m/f/d)
unlimited – full time – 40 hour-contract
In this exciting role, you'll join a team of 3 and be at the heart of our cutting-edge helicopter engine operations, ensuring we have the right materials at the right time to power innovation in aviation.
Your tasks in detail:
- Manage the full purchase cycle, including
- processing purchase orders
- researching and negotiating with suppliers
- ensuring timely deliveries
- Conduct market research
- Analyze quotations and prepare reports to optimize cost savings
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, ensure compliance with policies
- Continuously improve our Purchase processes
- Support purchasing projects and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent German and English skills, written and spoken
- Proficiency in Office 365, BI and SAP
- Advanced contract knowledge
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Teamplayer mindset with readiness to share knowledge and expertise across functional boundaries
