We are looking for a Supply Planner (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
The Supply Planner is responsible for cooperation with external suppliers in optimizing the supply chain process by ensuring the efficient and cost-effective planning and allocation of products. This role involves close collaboration with commercial, demand planning, logistics teams to meet customer demand while maintaining cost efficiency.
Your Responsibilities
Supply Chain Planning
- Develop and execute supply plans based on sales forecasts and inventory policies.
- Adjust plans to address changes in demand or supply disruptions.
Inventory Management
- Optimize inventory levels and ensure availability while minimizing costs.
- Monitor products with BBD and create regular delivery forecasts for warehouses.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work with demand planning, logistics, and other teams to align supply plans with business goals.
- Coordinate with brand managers for new products and distributors.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze stock, demand, and supply data using analytics tools.
- Provide regular updates on supply performance and inventory status and maintain import freight prices.
Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose improvements.
- Support the implementation of new tools and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
Vendor and Supplier Coordination
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays.
- Coordinate with customs, negotiate freight prices, and build strong vendor relationships.
Skills and Competencies:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (nice to have)
Experience: Experience in supply planning, demand planning, or a similar supply chain role (expected 1-2 year)
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Developed Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent command of German and English
