Your Trainee Journey: What to Expect
• A tailored program lasting 18-24 months
• Rotations of up to 6 months, providing insights into the most exciting finance areas
• 1-2 rotations abroad at one of our global locations, such as the USA, Poland, or the Philippines
• Responsibility for your own projects
• Learn how the finance department of a global company operates – from strategic decisions to daily operations
• Startdate will be in fall of 2025
Your rotation plan will be customized to your interests - you shape your journey! This allows you to leverage your strengths in the best way possible. The core finance areas you can choose from include:
• Corporate Controlling
• Business Controlling
• Accounting & Tax
• Treasury & Insurances
Additionally, rotations in cross-functional areas are possible and encouraged, such as:
• Investor Relations
• Internal Audit
• Digital Business Solutions
• Procurement
• Enterprise/Cyber Risk Management

What Makes You a Good Fit?
• A master's degree in business administration or a related field. No finance background but a strong interest? Apply anyway - we appreciate your unique perspective!
• Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for numbers, data, and facts
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Proficiency in English – don't worry, we don't expect native-level fluency
