In this role, we provide investors, financial institutions and companies access to global capital markets.Join our dynamic ETF & ETP team within Cash Market Business Development Wholesale, which manages Deutsche Börse's Xetra ETF & ETP segment, Europe's leading exchange for this asset class. The team develops innovative services and functionalities around ETF trading and product launches, stays abreast of new trends and regulatory developments and maintains close relationships with all ETF & ETP providers in Europe. In your new role, you will be responsible for processing the admission of new products to the segment, as well as for producing ETF market research and statistics for both, internal and external stakeholders. - Manage the admission of new products to Deutsche Börse's ETF & ETP segment
- Be the key point of contact for ETF & ETP issuers for the segment admission process, expanding your professional network and expertise
- Prepare press releases to support the promotion of new product listings
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries in German and English
- Produce comprehensive ETF market research and statistics for internal and external stakeholders on a monthly basis
- Review and implement new tools and processes to further enhance our analytical framework
- You have successfully completed your university degree with a focus on finance/ business administration or have relevant practical experience in financial services (ideally in the ETF industry)
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex numerical data
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail, with a structured and customer-oriented approach to problem-solving, ensuring focused and effective delivery
- A high level of resilience and self-motivation are self-evident for you. As a strong team player, you contribute positively to team dynamics and support your colleagues
- Ability to constantly work to tight deadlines, with accuracy and on your own initiative
- Proficient with MS Office Excel and PowerPoint round off your profile. VBA and Python skills are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
