We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Access-Management and Test Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Your contributions will ensure that our data visualization tools are effectively utilized and continuously improved. In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Manage user access to our technical tools, ensuring appropriate permissions are granted

Coordinate access request in the correct formal way to ensure audit requirements

Provide first-level support for user inquiries related to access and functionality

Dispatch support tickets to relevant teams for resolution

Prepare and distribute release notes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of updates and changes

Maintain and update distribution lists for effective communication

Collect and organize test user information based on specific content requirements

Coordinate and schedule test cycles, ensuring all necessary resources are available

Gather and compile content for test cycles, facilitating thorough testing and feedback

Consolidate test feedback for distribution to the development team.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration)

Experience with data visualization tools is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
