IT Support Engineer*

Wiesbaden, Germany


Your team is passionate about technology and is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users, your colleagues, to ensure that their computer systems, software, and networks function efficiently.
You will work in a cross-functional team of software engineers, architects and IT system engineers and other IT experts.

  • Provide IT support and resolve problems, incidents, and service requests to ensure end-user satisfaction (SPOC)
  • Support and maintain local end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and other hardware
  • Manage hardware and software according to standard procedures
  • Diagnosis and rectification of hardware/software errors at the customer's premises
  • Procurement of standard IT client hardware
  • Provide IT training for non-IT colleagues
  • Support in the management of the following services: server, application, network
  • Participate in various IT system engineering tasks and projects to improve and optimize the IT infrastructure

  • Bachelor's degree (IT, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years in a similar IT support role
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience in supporting end-user devices and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Excellent communication in English and German, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Cisco, AWS and Azure is an advantage
