What awaits you:
- Center of Excellence for Labor Relations matters and Labor Law support
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies that drive company goals and promote positive and constructive relations with the workscouncils
- Manage the Textron European Workscouncil
- Negotiate and manage collective labor agreements with focus on Germany
- Advise, support & train HR team and leaders on labor relations and labor law matters
- Build and maintain relationships with employee representatives and councils.
- Handle labor disputes, grievances, individual legal cases.
- Monitor labor legislation trends and proactively derive measures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies, e.g. regular review and, if necessary, adjustment of contract documents and templates with labor law reference.
- Manage relations with our law office and employer association.
- Regular escalation and communication to the Director HR, EU and in matrix the Textron CHRO
- Involvement in further People tasks and projects.
What you'll need to succeed:
- University degree in Law with focus on individual and collective Labor Law or a comparable academic qualification as a business lawyer.
- Ca. 10 years of experience in labor relations and labor law, preferably in a lead position
- Experiences in the manufacturing industry, ideally automotive, and in a global transformational context with topics such as the implementation of HR systems, equal pay, workforce alignment.
- In-depth knowledge of German labor law, collective bargaining and EU regulations
- Proven successes in the cooperation with workscouncils and labor court employment cases.
- Project-Management experience
- Business acumen and strategic thinking

- German and English language business fluent
