Spairliners is a joint venture between Air France Industries and Lufthansa Technik. The company offers a comprehensive component support solution for A380 and E-Jet operators. The services include the provisioning and management of the spare parts inventory and overhaul and repair of components, together with the appropriate logistics. Overall Spairliners guarantees the availability of aircraft components where and when required. This is your opportunity to join our multicultural team of AOG Desk Managers (all) dedicated to send aircrafts in the air as scheduled.
You work to ensure that passengers arrive at their destination on time, every time.
- Quickly respond to the airline customer AOG requests in the most effective way, 24/7
- Serving customer requests in line with contractual parameters to ensure smooth operations
- Handling ad-hoc loan & exchange requests from airlines all around the globe
- Documenting actions taken in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, and paying attention to details
- Sourcing units worldwide when required including logistics solutions based on contractual conditions
- Track and trace units until they reach their destination
- Developing supplier relations to extend our worldwide AOG network
- Supporting KPI generation to monitor and improve the AOG performance
- You are able to provide excellent customer service in the aviation industry
- You are a team player and stay calm when things get hectic
- You are fluent in English, French or German language skills are beneficial
- You have a critical and analytical mindset and a "can do" attitude
- You have great communication and intercultural skills
- You are happy to work on a rotational 24/7 shift plan including on-call duty
- You have a valid work visa for Germany
