For our location in Frankfurt or Cologne we are looking for a committed
Digital Marketing Manager (w/m/d) parental leave cover
Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, and in close collaboration with key stakeholders, you are responsible for:
- The planning and implementation of multi-channel campaigns
- Email marketing: creation of newsletters, event and nurture emails along the customer journey, subscriber management, data protection.
- Data maintenance in HubSpot, lead management process and lead scoring. Marketing interface from Hubspot to the CRM (Salesforce).
- Creation of reports, tracking KPIs and success analyses.
- Continuously improve the marketing sales funnel and to further develop marketing automation strategy in close collaboration with stakeholders in marketing, regional marketing, as well as CRM and sales teams.

- Existing professional in digital marketing and in the planning and implementation of multi-channel campaigns, ideally in the IT industry
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM (preferably with Hubspot, Salesforce)
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Management, or comparable qualification
- Independent, solution-oriented, and organized way of working, as well as clear communication (written and verbal), both in German and English.
