Job Description
Are you passionate about HR Transformation and people leadership? We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Human Resources (m/w/d) to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment in #Schwabmünchen!

In this full time fixed-term role, you'll support six Avantor entities in Germany with the support of the local HR team based in each entity. You will become part of senior management team and use your expertise to drive change and develop innovative workforce solutions.

This position offers a balance of on-site collaboration and being a sparring partner for the Global HRBP in strategic HR topics. You will partner with our Global Teams like Talent & Development and Compensation & Benefit team to establish training plans, performance evaluation, succession plans, merit processes, talent development processes and other essential group processes.
How else you will thrive and create an impact:
  • Control and implement global HR tools and processes, including all necessary measures, in compliance with local requirements and company policies and legal regulations
  • Foster constructive and trusting cooperation with the works council
  • Responsible for designing, drafting and negotiating local company agreements
  • Advise and assist the managers to identify the solutions for their organization to implement, develop and improve locally the company strategy.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to recruit or promote talent
  • Ensure local Labor and statutory requirements are in place.
  • Provide Managers with guidance on legal and Human Resources topics

  • Education: Master's degree in human resources or related field
  • Experience: Significant experience in a similar position within a global organization in a commercial and manufacturing sector. Experience in Change Management and navigating through ambiguity, pursuing organizational growth.
  • Other Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as hands-on mentality
    Result-driven personality with excellent organizational and analytical skills
    Strong knowledge of a leading HRMS system, knowledge of Workday would be a plus
    Excellent communication skills in both English and German
