Working with HR at Netlight requires a strong business sense as you will work in a high paced and ever-changing organization. You will work with hands-on HR in a personal and value-driven company that identifies as a network organization.

The role will be broad and includes a range of operational and key HR responsibilities, such as:

  • People Partnering: Support and drive people processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Talent Management: Engage and empower mentors to help talents reach their full potential.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and industry regulations.
  • HR Policy Development: Co-drive local and global HR policy initiatives.
  • Relocation Support: Enable local relocation and commuting logistics.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute surveys and recognition activities to assess organizational well-being.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze people data to enable informed decision-making.

You'll collaborate with colleagues across the Global HR Team to ensure alignment and drive meaningful change.


  • University degree with focus on Human Resources or similar education
  • 4+ years of full-time work experience within the field of HR with demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations concerns and implement engagement strategies preferably in high paced and creative companies
  • Solid understanding how to create business value through core HR competencies
  • Effective communication skills and full professional proficiency in German & English
