- Strategic Trade Marketing for a drugstore client in Germany
- Independent development of yearly 360° activation plans for our Laundry, Home Care and Beauty Care brands for a focus client in Germany
- Close collaboration with the customer, brand and media teams to reflect the strategic priorities on brand and client level
- Ensuring a strong activation mix of communication and promotional activities
- Direct contact with Marketing / Communication departments at the Retailer to implement the activation plans
- Full responsibility for planning, development and implementation of all POS activities (in-store and digital)
- Creation and production of in-store and digital assets together with agencies
- Ex-post analysis of promotional activities and Retail Media activations to continuously optimize and further develop our plans
- Tracking and analyzing of competitor activities at the specific Retailer
- Master's degree in marketing and/or Communications
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in Marketing and/or Communication, preferred in FMCG/Retail space
- Strong project & stakeholder management skills with proven experience to drive cross-functional teams
- Creative and innovate driven marketing mind, with good interpersonal and communication skills, personal commitment and assertiveness
- Strong affinity for numbers, high analytical thinking skills and accuracy and excellent MS Office user skills
- Proactive, solution oriented and collaborative team player
- Excellent German and fluent in written and spoken English
