  • Developing and aligning compensation objectives with the business strategy and global practices
  • Supporting annual salary planning to ensure cost-effective and equitable salary changes including development of salary bands
  • Supporting Total Rewards Strategy with focus on Executive Compensation, Short and Long Term Incentive Plans, Sales Incentives
  • Providing guidance to regional HR representatives and to business leaders on compensation market / industry trends
  • Ensuring cost-efficient and market-driven compensation procedures and standards across the organization
  • Partnering with Finance and Controlling

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of in-depth professional experience in Compensation in an international company
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability for detail orientation without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Ability to present complex issues in a comprehensible manner, communicate and engage effectively with senior management
  • Strong self-initiative with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Growth mindset and passion for process enhancement with a hands-on mentality, and can-do attitude
  • Expert knowledge in MS Excel and Powerpoint, user knowledge of SuccessFactors is an asset
  • Very good understanding of controlling and finance topics
  • Business fluent in English
