Group Expert Total Rewards (m/f/d) in HR

- Partner with HR business partners, finance, and other relevant stakeholders to understand business needs and provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters for the German sites of Octapharma Group (1700 employees)
- Collaborate with the Group Total Rewards to ensure consistency and alignment with global compensation and benefits strategies.
- Develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies
- Manage the compensation structure, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and annual salary review processes
- Manage the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits
- Oversee the administration of incentive and bonus programs, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payouts.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex projects and multiple priorities with strict deadlines.
- 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on Germany.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- The Group HR department is divided into several departments, including Total Rewards
- The overall responsibility of the HR department is to invest in our people by creating a trustful and appreciative culture, and position Octapharma as the employer of choice in our industry.
- This position will be responsible for overseeing the compensation and benefits needs in Germany, which is approximately 1,700 employees, representing a significant portion of the overall group's workforce of 12,000 people.
- This position reports directly to the Group Head of Total Rewards, based in the headquarters in Lachen, Switzerland.
