What you can expect as a Working Student in Data Analytics / AI in the Customer Experience area (m/f/d)
- Leverage your technical knowledge of Data Science / AI to contribute to the development of models that enhance customer analytics
- Collaborate with the team to transform AI capabilities into practical applications driving customer satisfaction
- Participate in the continuous evolution of our analytics methodologies, incorporating AI-driven solutions
- Support the team in ongoing projects with your innovative and creative thinking
What you bring as a Working Student in Data Analytics / AI in the Customer Experience area (m/f/d)
- Currently a senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience gained through course work, projects, or internships with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, and/or Data Science
- Solid understanding of Generative AI technologies and their potential applications
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and think creatively
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
