Your tasks will be:
- Reaching out to delinquent customers using telephone and email
- Finding the most optimal way to convey the message and persuading the customer by applying your conversation and negotiation skills and innovative approach
- Conduct extensive research both online, via dealerships and through the optical archive to find contact numbers and email addresses of clients that cannot be reached
- Designate and optimize conversation strategies to identify and cope with different customer attitudes
- Continuously endeavor to improve your contact and persuasion strategies by giving and receiving peer-feedback and listening back to recorded telephone conversations
- Cooperate and liaise with colleagues of different departments based in Spain on individual matters such as customer complaints, accounting, insurance, repossession, remarketing, etc but also here in Berlin, in regards of Legal Collections
- Handle end of contract, repossession and pre-legal activities
- Steer and manage third-party agencies based in Spain to arrange for repossession and transport of vehicles
What you bring to the table:
- Ideally a degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics/Finance or a related field
- Knowledge of Collections will be considered as a plus
- Proficiency in Spanish and strong English knowledge
- More than anything, we need you to be highly driven with a strong learning ability and to have a strong urge to attain the very best results and continuously improve yourself
