Building solutions for a better life. The Bosch Building Technologies division is a leading international provider of systems, solutions and services that increase the safety of people, buildings and property and also contribute to greater comfort, energy efficiency and sustainability.

Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

  • International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As Marketing Excellence Specialist (f/m/div.), you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.
  • Process Analysis and Optimization: You will evaluate and optimize marketing processes with an end-to-end focus, from lead generation to sales handoff. Additionally, you will identify inefficiencies, standardize workflows, and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness. Furthermore, you will analyze and improve other marketing processes, such as product launches, ensuring seamless workflows for successful market introductions.

  • Performance Metrics and Analytics: You will define clear and actionable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for marketing processes and activities. Moreover, you will train marketing teams in using KPIs to improve performance and support decision-making.

  • ROI Analysis and Performance Evaluation: You will develop frameworks to measure and analyze the return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with the business unit marketing communication teams to ensure that ROI analyses inform both global and local strategies.

  • Tool Standardization and Enablement: You will evaluate existing marketing tools and provide recommendations for improvements or new solutions to streamline operations. Furthermore, you will lead initiatives to standardize the use of marketing tools across regions, ensuring better integration and efficiency.

  • Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement: You will act as a change agent, fostering the acceptance of new processes, tools, and practices within the organization. You will also collaborate with stakeholders across business units and regions to gather feedback, secure support, and align initiatives.


  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience and Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, business consulting, or similar roles. Additionally, proven ability to measure and analyze marketing performance, particularly in lead management processes.
  • Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to implementation, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders. Lastly, solid expertise in marketing tools, marketing automation and analytics platforms, as well as CRM systems.
  • Personal Attributes and Work Style: Self-motivation and a proactive approach to driving change and improving processes, along with strong leadership qualities and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Furthermore, cultural sensitivity and expertise in operating within a global, matrix-structured work environment.
  • Languages: Fluency in German and English at a professional negotiation level.
