ELG Utica Alloys is a business unit of the ELG Group. Here, Titanium, Nickel- and Cobalt-base secondary raw materials are professionally recycled: sorted, sized, cleaned, precisely analysed and certified to the individual requirements of our customers. On request, ELG Utica Alloys also offers its customers, mainly companies out of the aerospace industry processing services and revert management within a global closed-loop cycle.

For our German Utica Headquarter, we are looking for a

Chief of Staff

to start at the location in Duisburg on the earliest possible date.


  • Global coordination and support of strategic initiatives
  • Independet operational project management
  • Management of the company calendar and deadline management
  • Analysis and optimization of internal processes and procedures
  • Development and roll-out of global standards
  • Data preparation and detailed analysis
  • Preparation of proposals for decisions
  • Supporting internal and external communication
  • Manage resources and budgets independently
  • Employee communication and training

  • Qualifications in business administration, strong financial and budgeting skills
  • At least 8-12 years of professional experience in an international environment
  • Experience with operational leadership preferred
  • Business fluent in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Logical, analytical and strategic thinking
  • Strong team player
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Up to 75% willingness to travel
  • Highly proficient with Office applications
  • Reports directly to the CEO
